张燎原,男,工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师,毕业于华东理工大学生物工程学院,主要从事微生物代谢工程、发酵过程控制、信号转导工程方面的研究与教学工作。近三年主持国家、省部级项目6项,发表学术论文20余篇,其中SCI收录11篇,专利4项,授权2项。

研究兴趣

1.微生物代谢工程:涉及工业微生物代谢途径改造、延伸或重构;

2.发酵工程:利用廉价农业废弃品发酵合成附加值高的化学品,涉及生物基化学品、三萜类化合物等;

3.信号转导工程:细菌和真菌群体行为与药用植物互作及调控机制。
