张静  博士,福建农林大学生命科学学院化学生物学系,副教授,硕士生导师。入选“福建省高等学校新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、“福建省高校杰出青年科研人才计划”、“福建省卫生系统学术技术带头人后备人才”、福建农林大学“金山学者”拔尖人才和学术新秀、“福建农林大学杰出青年科技人才培养”计划。主要从事纳米电化学、光学可视化生物传感技术和电致化学发光生物传感技术及其在真菌毒素、肿瘤相关基因、蛋白和金属离子检测方面的研究。已成功设计了短直链型、发卡型、“Y”型交联、G-四倍体型、锁核酸等各类核酸探针,并将其与核酸适配体、DNA自组装、纳米金属簇、DNA模拟酶和目标序列诱导循环信号放大等技术相结合,开发了多种高灵敏、高特异性的纳米生物传感器。先后主持国家自然科学基金、福建省自然科学基金、福建省医学创新基金等多项科研项目。发表SCI论文二十多篇,累计被引用800多次,第一作者或第一通讯作者的SCI总影响因子达92,单篇影响因子大于5.0的有11 篇。一区的8篇。获“福建省优秀博士论文学位论文三等奖”、 “福建省自然科学优秀学术论文三等奖”、“福建农林大学严家显最高奖教金”、“福建省技术发明奖”(排名第四)。

一、受教育经历

1997年9月-2001年7月,山西大学,应用化学系,学士。

2001年9月-2004年7月,福州大学,化学化工学院分析化学专业,硕士。导师:庄惠生。研究方向为环境激素的分析检测。

2007年9月-2011年7月,福州大学,化学化工学院分析化学专业,博士,导师:付凤富。研究方向为电化学生物传感器。

二、研究工作经历

2004年8月-2011年10月,福建卫生职业技术学院,药学系,讲师。

2011年10月至今,福建农林大学,生命科学学院,副教授,硕士生导师。

1、基于无酶循环放大策略的多通道纳米电化学生物传感器用于肝癌多元肿瘤标志物的联合检测(21205015),国家自然科学基金,2013.1- 2015.12。

2、基于DNA自组装和DNA模拟酶技术的多通道电化学适体传感器用于农产品中多种真菌毒素的协同检测(JA13088),福建省高等学校新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2014.1- 2016.12。

3、超灵敏非标记型电化学生物传感器用于唾液中乳腺癌相关基因的非创伤性检测(2011J01028),福建省自然科学基金, 2011.4-2014.3。
